The Senior Human Resources Associate is part of the HR Operations team. In this role you will support evolving enterprise HR data reporting needs. The Senior Associate is accountable for working with HR counterparts to increase data capture adoption, thereby improving delivery of reporting and analytics. This role also supports other operations initiatives and process documentation needs across the team.

Major Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead Operations business analyst for all Workday enhancements including but not limited to defining requirements, test planning and organizational communications

• Act as a first-line "go-to" for employee inquiries about IRC policies, resources and programs, independently resolving requests and advancing to HR Partners as needed

• Own all administrative aspects of HR communications and reporting for the HR Operations team

• Creation, management, and improvement of standard controls and reporting

• Timely management of ad hoc requests

• Ensure effective day-to-day transaction management processes are defined (Workday initiation, changes, approvals, compliance etc.)

• Participates in quarterly workforce plan reviews and reporting conversations with hiring managers, business leaders, finance, and people business partners to drive in-budget / on-target execution.

• Partners with HR Partners and Recruiting analytics teams to design and refine dashboards and reports that allow Finance and the Business to effectively manage headcount.

• Provide backup during busy periods to HR Associates

• Participate in the implementation of global HR initiatives, working with other colleagues and clients to help identify and create streamlined and scalable process improvements across the function

• Deliver Workday training to other employees that process transactions in the system

• Communicate and document issues reported by employees during training and raise as needed

Job Requirements:

Work Experience:

• 3 + years' experience in an HR support function or Client Service role

• Experience in a large, matrixed organization and/or within a non-profit setting a plus

Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:

- Ability to build partnerships, address issues with creative solutions and to deliver results - Foundational knowledge of HR concepts, or the ability to ramp quickly on new topics - Demonstrated ability and fulfillment in operating with a client service approach, and building and fostering positive working relationships; highly resourceful - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to run reports and use basic data outputs to tell a high-level story - Self-motivated, ability to plan, prioritize and problem solve independently - Flexibility, adaptability and resilience in working in a constantly evolving environment - Working knowledge and understanding of federal and multi-state employment laws; PHR or PHR/CA is a plus - Outstanding capabilities in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; - Experience in Workday and applicant tracking systems

Working Environment:

Standard office working environment with the ability to work remotely 2-3 days per week

Compensation:

Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
