You have:
- Experience in managing communication strategies and outreach programs for development initiatives.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages for effective communication.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders, including government officials and non-government organizations.
- Master's degree or higher in Communications, International Development, or a related field.
- Experience working in a multinational organization, preferably in a development context.

6. MARKET VALUE: $123,041 - $159,950 equivalent to GS-15
Salary to be paid within this grade will depend on experience, qualifications, and salary history. The standard compensation package also includes a contribution for life and health insurance and a contribution to FICA. If the selected candidate qualifies as an off-shore hire under USAID regulations, the employee will additionally receive post differential approved for Guatemala, housing, international travel, shipment benefits, and other applicable allowances.
7. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:
Guatemala City, Guatemala with possible travel as stated in the Statement of Duties. Overseas USPSCs may be authorized to telework or remote work only from a location within the country of performance, in accordance with Mission policy. Telework or remote work from outside the country of performance may only be authorized in certain situations in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
8. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:
To start as soon as possible for a period of two (2) years plus three possible extensions of one year each depending on the need for continuation of such services, availability of funds, satisfactory performance, and the needs of the USAID Mission.

- Option Period 2: December 15, 2027 - December 14, 2028
- Option Period 3: December 15, 2028 - December 14, 2029
