Overview
Coordinate complex case management for newcomers at high risk of child abuse.
You have:
- Graduate degree required (MSW, MFT, or LCSW). Candidates with clinical licensure or actively working towards licensure preferred.
- 3+ years of case management experience in a multicultural social services environment, ideally with refugees, highly traumatized populations and survivors of torture or violence.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; bilingual ability in a prominent client language preferred (including but not limited to Dari or Spanish).
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office, internet applications and case management databases.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable and insured vehicle, and ability to travel locally frequently.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing demands.
- Commitment to working collaboratively with others to promote a positive culture that reflects IRC’s core values of service, accountability, integrity, and equality.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems and exercise sound judgement.
