Overview
Oversee program contracts and provide supervision to anti-trafficking team.
You have:
- Undergraduate degree preferred with an emphasis in Social Work, Psychology, or an equivalent field of study.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in social services, case management, human service or related fields.
- Excellent understanding of case management principles with outstanding organizational and case-file/document management skills.
- Experience leading teams and providing staff supervision and oversight.
- Experience with budget development and tracking.
- Compassion towards and understanding of unique needs of survivors of trafficking.
- Ability to maintain a positive, cooperative, and professional demeanor with clients and partner organizations.
- Ability to de-escalate stressful situations in a trauma-informed manner.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, multi-cultural work environment.
- Bilingual and culturally sensitive skills particularly relevant to underserved communities preferred.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills combined with the demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English required. Proficiency in spoken Spanish strongly preferred.
