Human resource management and financial management, as an essential part of the internal management of an organization, are vital in the development of MDF. We hope to engage some Online Volunteers who can put forward corresponding improvement suggestions and specific measures to help us improve the quality of our management work.

This business system mainly manages MDF's human resources affairs and financial affairs, which are very important to our work. Previously we invited volunteers to write research proposals, but now we need experts in the business area to help us review the proposals, correct errors or optimise practices, and provide more and better advice for subsequent implementation. So, the work consists of 1) reviewing research proposals, 2) correcting errors and optimising solutions, and 3) making more and better recommendations based on the current proposals.

Candidates must have a fair command in English and must have undertaken auditing for NGOs and other agencies in the past. Candidates must have a Degree in Accounting and Management or any other related major.
