Human resource management and financial management, as an essential part of the internal management of an organization, are vital in the development of MDF. We hope to engage some Online Volunteers who can put forward corresponding improvement suggestions and specific measures to help us improve the quality of our management work.

MDF requires the support of more 4 Online Volunteers for the proposal writing in human resource management and financial management according to the information provided by MDF, for instance, information from our official website. After reading and understanding those information, please share scientific advice and recommendations in the correct format to improve our management's quality. We pay more attention to performance management and compensation and benefits administration in human resource management, such as measuring employees' performance levels accurately and distributing compensation and benefits more fairly. If you have other modules to supplement, we also welcome them.
