- Directly relevant work experience or undergraduate degree preferred; fluency in French, Arabic, or Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and email/internet required.
- Must demonstrate outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.

Job Overview/Summary: The Recruiting Associate supports the Global Recruitment team in various capacities. This person works with the recruiters to post open roles, create offer letters, and lead vendor partnerships. This is a perfect learning ground to learn more about recruiting and understand the various phases of the hiring process. The administrator liaises with recruiters, other HR leaders & team members, finance and payroll, global supply chain, as well as other administrative staff across the world.
Major Responsibilities:
- Handle and send offer letters to candidates - Provide support to Recruiters scheduling interviews and coordinate travel arrangements, when required - Coordinate deployment travel arrangements and processing of travel expense reimbursements for candidates when needed - Process temporary housing requests for headquarter new hires as requested - Process reference and background checks for interns and candidates as requested - Open and post requisitions in Cornerstone (ATS) and on external job boards - Become expert in Cornerstone usage with ability to guide recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers when needed - Learn Reporting 2.0 in ATS to produce regular reports to hiring groups. Eventually, this would include analysis of results and presentation of findings - Monitor data quality within Cornerstone ATS – this would include cancelling inactive postings and monitoring usage of flags in the system - Work with HRIS team to understand system updates and push communication out to user community when needed - Work with Cornerstone Product Manager to develop effective support to in-country recruiting teams - Handle vendor accounts and process invoices in a timely manner - Handle the IRC recruiting mailbox, resolving and escalating any messages as received. - Provide back up support to other Recruiting Associates when needed for leave coverage - Pro-actively suggest process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of team - Work with vendor partners – to understand the services offered, assign access licenses, and communicate to recruiting team the tools and sites that can be leveraged. They include: LinkedIn, Indeed, Hive, DiversityJobs/Circa, Impactpool - Request and analyze data from vendor partners to determine usage efficiency - Help maintain and build an intranet site with up-to-date and readily available materials - Other recruitment team projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
Education: directly relevant work experience or undergraduate degree preferred; fluency in French, Arabic, or Spanish is a plus

Work environment: Hybrid work environment with expectations to be in the office 2-3 days per week (COVID vaccination required)
