The proposal develop will be submitted to donors for funding a project on using drama as ane effective tool in community development. MDF vission and goal is to develop community so they are aware of the chanegs taking place in the country and the outside world, Drama is an effective communication medium as it can bring the message to people who are isolated and illiterate and hence help in education as a whole.

The task basically required researching, writing and editing a proposal on using drama as an effective communication in addressing electoral governance, human rights and other social issues that is affecting development in a third world country.

MDF highly requires the skills and exppertsie of a volunteer who has written successful community development proposal in the areas of arts, theatre drama and community development. A volunteer with background knowledged in arts and communication will be highly regarded in this project,
