You have:
- Graduate of Social Work or Health Care related fields.
- With experience in organizing, community development and health care services.
- At least one year of experience in administrative or office support roles; and in report writing and monitoring of projects.
- Professional qualification related to health care services is preferred.
- High tolerance for constant change coupled with the capacity to adapt and succeed.
- Excellent in communication and writing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships in the community and with stakeholders.
- Physically fit with good physical health condition.
- Ability to travel regularly to covered areas in Bugasong, Antique.

Key Responsibilities:
The Support Staff will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of the Go Baby Go! Parenting Program (GBG PP) by supporting the training of facilitators and mentors, helping organize and deliver caregiver learning sessions, and ensuring materials are culturally adapted and readily available. They will coordinate and conduct home visits, particularly for vulnerable families, to provide guidance on nurturing care, proper feeding, and early childhood development practices, as well as facilitate referrals to essential services when needed. Additionally, support staff will help monitor progress, document activities, and encourage the formation of community groups and action plans to sustain the program, while promoting holistic child wellbeing aligned with health, nutrition, and protection goals.
This is a fixed term position for one year, based in the Municipality of Bugasong, Antique.
Major responsibilities of the role:
- Conduct mapping of existing services for health, nutrition, livelihood, mental health & psychosocial support, child care and development, child protection and disability inclusion in the project area.
- Should accompany GBG PP facilitators to at least 3 GBG group sessions to supervise visit, ensure quality and provide coaching and guidance for future improvements.
- Should accompany GBG facilitators in some of the home visits.
- Should demonstrate effective facilitation skills and also conduct GBG sessions when the need arises.
- Conduct and facilitate regular meetings with GBG facilitators.
- Conduct monitoring visits of GBG PP implementation in the areas.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of project reports to the Program Manager.
