Key Responsibilities:

Technical and Administrative Support. Participates and provide support to field/operational planning and timely implementation/monitoring and project reviews of the project activities; Provides and facilitate necessary and appropriate support to the Project Coordinator in the key deliverables of the projects on (a) Capacity building/trainings for project participants (households and financial service provider), (b) Delivery of cash transfers and/or micro loans; emergency preparedness/ cash readiness capacity building activities, (c) Network/alliance building, and (d) Documentation of good practices and lessons learned for appropriate sharing. Support include but not limited to the following:(a) Gather/compile, maintain accurate project information and records following WV guidelines;(b) Organize necessary meetings according to approved project plans;(c) Facilitation of admin and logistical support for the project activities; and (d) Implements other related activities and tasks assigned within approved work-plans and budget.

Community Engagement and Support to External Coordination****. Engages with the project beneficiaries and identified stakeholders and/or partners, and motivates and inspires them to actively participate and contribute to the project activities.

  • Develop and maintain strong positive relationships at the community level
  • Facilitates a credible beneficiary selection process and beneficiary registration process based on project plan/design
  • Facilitates, guides, and encourages participation of project participant-beneficiaries in the implementation of the project at the barangay level.
  • Ensures safe distributions, training, and other activities are organized and done in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Properly accounts for deliveries distributions, and participations through proper inventories and documentation.
  • Implements accountability mechanisms including appropriate community complaints and response mechanisms of the project
  • Monitor closely all project implementations in all assigned sites or communities to ensure they adhere to set standards and that the targets of the project are achieved satisfactorily.
  • Consult, report, and feedback to PC issues coming from the project participants and stakeholders and seek approval and direction on issues that need to be acted upon.
  • Assist the Project Coordinator in coordination and liaison/alliance work with key project stakeholders, including financial service providers/institutions. The PSS is to represent WV, participate in and contribute to relevant coordination mechanisms that will support project implementation and organizational learning on cash and voucher programming. The PSS shall assist as needed.
  • Assist in building relationships with appropriate external organizations and service providers to enable the project to achieve its desired outcomes, especially towards providing learnings that foster relevant linkages between humanitarian cash and longer-term financial services.

Monitors and reports risk and security issues in the course of the project implementation and provides PC and Project Management with updates on any contextual information that may pose risks to the safety of staff and communities and risks to the project.

Project team performance management and Others

  • Actively participates in collaborative performance planning and reviews with immediate supervisor and submits appropriate and required documentation.
  • Keeps oneself updated and aware of security and risks in areas of assignment
  • Participates in project, departmental, and corporate activities including but not limited to corporate meetings/devotionals.
  • Adhere to and uphold World Vision policies and guidelines, including safeguarding, data privacy, safety and security protocols, and the WV code of conduct. Performs relevant and necessary tasks as assigned.
