Implement and manage projects for financial inclusion, ensuring quality and reporting.
You have:
- Effective & timely direct implementation, management, coordination and monitoring of project activities related to financial literacy, value chain and marketing
- Support project coordinator to maintain quality implementation and monitoring of activities
- Represent WV at donor meetings/joint agency assessments or studies
- Organize training to build field staff capacity regarding financial literacy and inclusions
- Support the project coordinator to draft project reports in a timely manner meeting reporting requirements

Key Responsibilities:
i) Project implementation, management and evaluation
- Effective & timely direct implementation, management, coordination and monitoring of project activities related to financial literacy, value chain and marketing
- Support project coordinator to maintain quality implementation and monitoring of activities
- Timely coordination and consultation and communication with project coordinator and technical specialist and project coordinator to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
- Prudently provide support to the project coordinator to manage project budget and financial compliance of grant
ii) Representation & Net working
- Represent WV at donor meetings/joint agency assessments or studies and within communities as and when requested by the project coordinator and manager
- Develop and maintain links with NGO’s Local Level authorities and districts
- Support the project coordinator to coordinate and communicate donor visits efficiently
iii) High Quality of Documentation
- Support the project coordinator to draft project reports in a timely manner meeting reporting requirement.
- Manage the coordination of project assessments and evaluations
- Present Regular progress reports at appropriate meeting’s
- Submit monthly reports
iv) Capacity Building & team management
- Organize training to build field staff capacity with regards to financial literacy and inclusions and others as requested by project coordinator
- Train other project staff on community mobilization and partners networking skills.
- Conduct and contribute to monthly learning and reflection sessions
