How can you make a difference?

Performance Management is an integral part of the 2022-25 strategic plan, and given the anticipated scope of work in relation to Performance Management activities in 2022/2023, PMCD seeks the services of a qualified individual to provide professional support in the Performance Management area, including PM support, data analysis and knowledge sharing, as well as ACHIEVE process enhancements.

Under the overall guidance of the HR Officer, PMCD, the consultant will undertake, but not be limited to, the following tasks:

Performance Management

Conduct analysis of the PM trends 2021/2022 and draft a report outlining main trends and possible PM future activities

Support HR Officer related to managing various PM phases throughout 2022 PM cycle

Achieve

Support launch of the Achieve Chat Bot, to support knowledge sharing and immediate responses to PMCD clients globally

Provide support in updating PM Toolbox, including various reports and instructions

Coordinate Achieve webinars, including webinar scheduling and circulation of materials to participants.

Configure customized reports in Achieve, providing access to designated HR focal points.

Other activities related to the PMCD portfolio, including administrative tasks, may be assigned.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

Education

University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Statistics, International Relations/Studies or a relevant field.

The individual should be highly proficient in a range of PC/web applications, including but not limited to: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and SharePoint.

Work Experience

A proven track record in analyzing data and providing logistical support, with a minimum of 1 year of experience. This includes drafting recommendations/reports and/or process improvements.

Experience in conducting research and drafting analyses of Performance Management data and trends, is a distinct advantage.

Excellent command of the English language, fluency in another UN language is a distinct advantage

Prior experience working in the UN common system or with a similar non-profit organization is an advantage.
