Overview
Support the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems.
You have:
- Professional in areas of systems engineering, mathematics, economics, statistics or similar with a strong emphasis on information processing.
- A minimum of five (5) years of work experience, at least three (3) years of specific experience implementing MEL systems for emergency, transition and development programs.
- Knowledge and experience of MEL through qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and other data management mechanisms is essential.
- Experience in the design and programming of information systems and primary data collection tools is mandatory.
- Fluency in English is desirable.
