Overview
Supervise and evaluate project adaptations through data analysis and reporting.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, systems engineering, statistics or related fields.
- Demonstrable experience of three years in data analysis and monitoring and evaluation in socio-economic development programs focusing on rural areas.
- Minimum of two years of demonstrated experience managing databases, processing and analyzing information.
- Two years of experience in similar positions with international NGOs or similar employment in the public or private sector.
- Demonstrable experience in preparing and presenting technical reports to donors, including analysis of work plans and indicators, and monitoring and evaluation of social and developmental projects.
- Experience coordinating and monitoring indicators and operational plans.
- Desirable experience working with rural women, rural communities and with sensitivity to differential approaches of gender, ethnicity, race, disability and age.
- Experience in managing and designing information collection instruments in the field.
- Social skills for engaging with groups, communities and entities from the public and private sectors.
- Mathematical skills to perform multiple calculations and experience in statistical analysis and software.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI, CommCare, office tools, knowledge in R Studio is valued.
