Overview
Support the implementation of anticipatory action and disaster management programs in San Andrés.
You have:
- Professional in environmental engineering, social development, or other related fields in disaster management.
- 3 years of experience in environmental work, disaster management, social work, workshop facilitation, or similar activities related to development and humanitarian assistance projects.
- Proven experience in alliance management, subcontracts, and working with institutional donors.
- Excellent skills in project management: planning, budgeting, financial projections, expense tracking, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication and intercultural collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of the context of the islands of San Andrés, Providencia, and Santa Catalina.
- Intermediate/advanced English level is desirable.
