You have:
- Professional in social sciences or related fields.
- Master's degree in human rights, international humanitarian law, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in NGOs and/or the public sector, in program development and/or humanitarian assistance.
- Required experience in case management in humanitarian organizations.
- Professional experience in monitoring and evaluation of projects and processes aimed at strengthening communities.
- Social skills for interaction and managing alliances with groups, communities, and entities from the public and private sectors.
- Solid computer skills, particularly in database management and MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of territorial contexts such as armed conflict and human mobility processes.
