Overview
Assist in developing and implementing monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems for the BLOOM program.
You have:
- Academic background or equivalent experience in social science, economic growth, or another related field.
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel (including Power Query), MS Power Point.
- 1-2 years of MEL experience (or similar, with data collection and management).
- Relevant experience in both quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques, data processing, data entry, data verification, analysis, and reporting.
- Good understanding and skills at data management.
- Proficiency in Ukrainian and English required.
