Oversee MEL activities for emergency programs; ensure effective monitoring and reporting.

You have:

Academic background or equivalent experience in social science, statistics, international development, economics, or related field.
Three years of experience in MEL and/or Information Management related activities.
Strong computer literacy with full knowledge of MS Office applications.
Knowledge of statistical analysis software such as Power BI, SPSS, R, or mobile data collection platforms preferable.
Strong ability to work across teams and communicate well with remote collaborators.
Advanced oral and written English skills required.
Language skills in Ukrainian required.
Demonstrate skills in monitoring and evaluation, result frameworks/program logics, and participatory monitoring.
