Implement monitoring, evaluation, and learning plan for resilience programs.

You have:

Academic background or equivalent experience in social science, statistics, international development, economic growth, or related fields.
Relevant experience in field survey/data collection techniques, data entry, data verification, analysis, and reporting.
Full working proficiency in both oral and written English and Ukrainian.
Strong computer literacy with full knowledge of MS Office applications; knowledge of data science and programming is a plus but not required.
Experience with both quantitative and qualitative data collection and reporting techniques.
Knowledge of statistical analysis software such as Power BI, SPSS, and mobile data collection platforms preferable.
Ability to work effectively with an ethnically diverse team in a sensitive environment.
Strong ability to work across teams and communicate well with remote collaborators.
