The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will work as part of UNICEF-integrated programming to support the education, skilling, protection, and well-being of children and adolescents in Adjumani, Lamwo, Yumbe, and Madi Okolo districts under the direct supervision of the Field Coordinator and in close consultation with the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator and other members of the Project Management Unit (PMU). The incumbent will support the design of tailored tools and implement the Project Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting Plan. The M&E Officer will work closely with the Programme Management Unit (PMU) in designing and implementing M&E for the project.
