  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience and/or coursework in data collection and management.
  • Experience with ETO or data management software.
  • Demonstrated skills in Excel and SurveyMonkey.
  • Demonstrated skills in data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.).
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

The IRC’s Resettlement, Asylum, & Integration (RAI) department works to create opportunities for refugees and other vulnerable migrants to survive and thrive in the U.S. and Europe through a diverse portfolio of programs aimed at five core outcomes: Health, Safety, Economic Wellbeing, Education and Power. As part of its strategy, the IRC is focused on becoming an outcomes- driven, evidence-based organization with a commitment to data-driven programing. The Measurement Program Assistant will support the Research, Analysis, and Learning Unit’s measurement team in organizing, cleaning, and uploading data and building out RAI’s databases.

Major Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Organizing, cleaning, and batch uploading core indicator data to internal information system (ETO). - Organizing, cleaning, and uploading data core indicator data to Power BI. - Working with information system coordinators, program staff, and technical advisors to develop and implement quality assurance measures. - Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Student of UGA International Affairs (Preferred)

Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrated Skills & Competencies:

- Experience and/or coursework in data collection and management. - Experience with ETO, and/or data management software. - Demonstrated skills in Excel and SurveyMonkey. - Demonstrated skills in data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.). - Outstanding attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Working Environment: Position will be home-based/remote.
