Overview
Support the Lead Exposure Program with market interventions and stakeholder engagement.
You have:
- Advanced Degree (master’s or equivalent) in a relevant field plus minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Experience in market shaping, supply chain analysis, or commercial strategy – ideally in paints/chemicals, diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Prior experience working in or with LMICs preferred; familiarity with Indian regulatory and market contexts is an advantage.
- Strong analytical capabilities (qualitative and quantitative), with ability to absorb and synthesize a broad range of information, including financial, regulatory, pharmaceutical, and scientific information.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefs for diverse audiences including government, donors, and technical partners.
- High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willingness to travel frequently within India, with potential for occasional international travel for consultations and conferences.
