Overview
Design and operationalize data systems for TB project management.
You have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in public health, management, economics, social sciences, statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in public health programme management, Consulting, Analytics, M&E, data management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables, data validation, and basic formulas); working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with building and managing systems, structured data entry, tracking systems, or database management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel (20% of time) within and across the programme districts.
- Familiarity with Nikshay or other government health information systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis, reporting, and productivity is preferred; experience with tools such as Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini for drafting reports, synthesising programme data, or accelerating documentation workflows is an advantage.
