MDF is a pioneer and a leading NGO/CSO based in Papua New Guinea who for the last 10 years have been actively involved in supporting and facilitating community development projects in Papua New Guinea. In this regard MDF wishes to utilize the support of volunteers who have high skills and knowledge in marketing and promotion and the use of social media and search engines in China. The task is in line with MDF objective to develop its capacity by utilizing talents and skills from the rest of the world to help carry out its task effectively.

MDF requires the services of five marketing and social media specialist who have high skills in marketing, promotion and the use of social media to target Chinese audience, generally students and the general public.

The volunteer(s) must be able to write a proposal on how MDF can be able to get support from volunteers through advertising, marketing and the use of social media in China.

The volunteer(s) will communicate directly with the contact person for MDF who will provide detailed information on how the five volunteers will be assigned a particular social media handle for the task on hand.

The ideal candidate must have a high marketing and social media skills who can market MDF in China. The volunteers must be able to know well the Chinese audience and their needs and their desire to help in community development.

The volunteers must have experience and skills in using search engines and can predict well how the Chinese participate in social media campaigns and react to advertisements. The volunteers must also have skills in E-Commerce and are familiar with different software and application in E-marketing.
