1. Mission principale
Assurer la gestion globale, le leadership stratégique, la supervision technique, le suivi budgétaire et la coordination multisectorielle du projet Santé/Nutrition.
2. Responsabilités Majeures
• Développer les plans d’action mensuels et trimestriels.
• Assurer la supervision technique de l’équipe terrain.
• Gérer le budget, anticiper les besoins, prévenir les écarts.
• Représenter l’organisation auprès du MSP, UNICEF et clusters.
• Valider les rapports narratifs et financiers.
• Garantir la mise en œuvre des standards qualité et protection.
3. KPI Spécifiques
• Taux d’exécution budgétaire ≥ 90%.
• Rapports narratifs et financiers soumis à temps : 100%.
• ≥ 2 réunions de coordination/mois.
• ≥ 95% des cliniques mobiles réalisées.
4. Relations de travail
• Travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Technical Manager HM, le Coordinateur Santé/Nutrition.
• Gestion de l’équipe technique
• Coordination quotidienne avec les Districts Sanitaires.
• Relations techniques avec UNICEF, OMS, Cluster Santé et Nutrition.
• Supervision directe du Coordinateur, Officiers et Agents de santé mobile.
5. Compétences & Qualifications
• Master/Licence en Santé Publique, Médecine, Nutrition.
• 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de projet humanitaire.
• Leadership, supervision, gestion budgétaire.
