1. Mission principale
Coordonner les équipes techniques santé/nutrition et garantir la qualité des services conformément aux standards MSP/UNICEF/WVI.
2. Responsabilités Majeures
• Planification hebdomadaire des activités terrain.
• Supervision technique des Officiers et Agents de santé.
• Analyse des données, surveillance épidémiologique.
• Formations PCIME, Nutrition….
• Coordination avec les Districts Sanitaires.
3. KPI Spécifiques
• ≥ 80% de supervisions réalisées.
• Qualité des données (DQA ≥ 95%).
• ≥ 2 formations/trimestre.
• 100% des sites couverts.
4. Relations de travail
• Relations directes avec le Chef de Projet.
• Collaboration avec les Officiers Santé/Nutrition.
• Coordination technique avec MSP, UNICEF et ONG partenaires.
• Supervision permanente des Agents de santé mobile.
• Travaille avec MEAL pour la qualité des données.
5. Compétences & Qualifications
• Diplôme en santé (Médecin, IDE, TSS, Nutritionniste).
• ≥ 3 ans d’expérience en supervision technique.
• Compétences en gestion d’équipe et analyses sanitaires.
