Manage and support global talent development initiatives and performance enablement.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Education, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in learning and development, instructional design or organizational development roles.
- Strong command of instructional design methodologies and their practical application in organizational settings.
- Proven experience designing and facilitating engaging, outcomes-focused learning experiences for adult learners across diverse formats.
- Strong workshop facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Foundational AI literacy for day-to-day work, with curiosity about how AI can be leveraged in learning.
