Contract

This is a Consultancy contract. More about Consultancy contracts.

Across 190 countries and territories, we work for every child, everywhere, every day, to build a better world for everyone.

And we never give up.

For every child, Sustainable Sanitation

Purpose of the Consultancy:

  • Building on the successful implementation of real-time vaccination monitoring and analysis (RT-VaMA) for Polio and measles-rubella in the Philippines, and drawing from successes in Uganda, Mozambique, and Nigeria, UNICEF Philippines is developing a deployment toolkit for real-time monitoring that can be adopted by governments – and by individuals with disparate technological/digital proficiencies --- to address gaps in timely data during supplemental immunization campaigns.

The toolkit, throughout its development, and upon initial release, will also go through user acceptance testing with stakeholders such as UNICEF staff, government partners, and health facility workers, and will be advocated, with the support of the regional office, focusing on onboarding those that express interest in implementing the toolkit.

  • Coordinate communications around pilots, support communications, and document the experiences of RT VaMA deployment.

  • Help identify, capture, synthesize, and share lessons learned from the development and roll-out of RTVaMA.

  • Contribute and share RT-VaMA and real-time monitoring technology updates with country office, regional, and global T4D networks and activities, while working in close collaboration with the Regional knowledge management focal point.

Capacity Building:
