The study on "Effective Organisational Communication as a Tool to Drive Effective Constituent Services" is conducted as part of MDF's mission in carrying-out projects that will benefit the rural community in Papua New Guinea.

With a specific focus on Simbu Province in Papua New Guinea, this study will support the provincial government's works by identifying and gathering data on on policy practices that are relevant, significant and important for good governance, accountability, and prudent management of the public service system. In addition to the local government, the study will also extensively benefit the communities Simbu Province and can be used as a benchmark by policy makers, donors, and other communities across Papua New Guinea.

The selected Online Volunteers involved in this project will be included as authors or will be acknowledged in accordance to their contribution in the study. The Online Volunteers will also be awarded with certificate of appreciation through the UNV platform at the end of the assignment.

MDF requires the service of 3 Online Volunteers to carry out a literature review study by reviewing library documents, past publications and journals, and newspapers and through the Google Scholar platform to: - Find and review at least 5 references from the assigned platforms (see below) to identify the government's service delivery, development and growth mechanism in Simbu Province, Papua New Guinea from the collected references; - Compile and arrange the findings from the literature review in an appropriate order for publication in a reputable Journal; - Contribute 2000 words in the write-up for the background of the paper, and support in reviewing the finalization of the study for publication submission.

In performing this assignment, the 3 Online Volunteers will be allocated a different task and contribute to the final Journal for publication.
Each of the Online Volunteers will be respectively assigned with a literature search on one of the following sources/platforms as outlined below: a) Google Search/Scholar, past newspaper and articles b) Library and E-library c) Past publications, Facebook and other relevant social media platform

To ensure the task is carried out smoothly and diligently, all information will be made available by the focal point from MDF. Correspondence between the Online Volunteers and the focal point will be through email or WhatsApp.

The Online Volunteers will be included as authors for their contribution in drafting the write-up and support in the finalization of the paper for publication purposes or acknowledged in accordance with their contribution. The Online Volunteers will also be awarded a certificate of appreciation through the UNV platform at the end of the assignment.
