MDF is embarking on an innovative project that aligns closely with the United Nations' ninth Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 9), which emphasizes building resilient infrastructure, promoting inclusive and sustainable industrialization, and fostering innovation. In line with this goal, our project involves the development of a sophisticated volunteer management system utilizing Python. This initiative directly supports the objective of SDG 9 by harnessing digital technology for sustainable organizational growth and efficiency.

Our global network of online volunteers is extensive and diverse, necessitating a robust and scalable management system. The proposed Python-based system is envisioned to streamline the process of managing these volunteers effectively, demonstrating the use of innovative digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency in non-profit environments. This initiative not only contributes to strengthening our internal infrastructure but also sets a precedent for leveraging technology in volunteer management, a critical component for many organizations striving for sustainable development.

The task is to write a project proposal or literature review on Python's possibilities or potential approaches to online volunteer management system development. The concept of this system can be described in the background section of the assignment context.

We need 3 online volunteers for this task: 1. A volunteer searches for literature or online information to collect whether there are the same or similar systems developed by Python. 2. Two volunteers wrote a system development proposal based on our idea of the system in their professional fields, and clarified the possibility and potential methods of system development. Online volunteers don't have to actually develop the system, just to write the proposal.

  1. Familiarity with Python;
  2. Background in a computer related field, preferably master's degree;
  3. Have some relevant work experience;
  4. Good command of English, especially in writing.
