Result of Service . Maintaining project plans for on time delivery. . Reporting and co-ordination. · Track deadlines of projects, deliverables and timelines throughout the project process. · Hold team meetings to provide status updates. · Prioritize action items and communicate with the task owners for deliverables. · Manage weekly and monthly Progress Reports. · Create Presentations, summary of meetings on progress and achievements of stated objectives/goals. · Archiving of information in one place.

Work Location Bangkok

Expected duration Initially 6 months from 01.01.2022 to 30.06.2022 with possibility of extension subject to performance and availability of funds.

Payment of USD 2,200 at the end of each month.

Duties and Responsibilities - Responsible for communicating requirements, ensuring clarity of understanding of deliverables and act as an intermediary to follow-up between the project teams. - Feedback mechanisms for successful implementation of the project - Contribute in Communication strategies, activities and content - Participate in Risk mitigation and management plans - Analysis, data collection, and feedback to provide insights - Co-ordinate between teams across disciplines, to effectively implement multi-departmental change strategies - Document micro decisions and the means to record them. - Help create and adopt a streamlined process for recording decisions on an existing platform. - Assist in Organizational change management implementation - Assist in Enterprise change management processes, procedures, and mechanisms - Prepare Roadmap, timelines and project co-ordination - Regular progress update and follow-up meetings

Qualifications/special skills Skills: Required Skills: - Knowledge and understanding of the discipline, methodology, and practices of project management - Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to form strong relationships within a matrix organization Academic Qualifications: Academic Qualifications: A first-level university degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in computer science, IT, Human Resource, Business Management or related area is required. Experience: Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in Project management. Proven track record working in a team with task-based deliveries. General understanding of IT services including Application development, Network infrastructure & Hosting. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle Language: Language: Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

Additional Information Knowledge of the United Nations Common System is desirable.
