You have:
- Experience in credit management, preferably in microfinance environments.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.
- Strong understanding of credit policies and risk management procedures.
- Ability to create strategic plans for market outreach and credit acquisition.
- Experience in reporting and data analysis for credit management.
- Commitment to organizational mission, vision, and values.
- Ability to follow up on collections with delinquent clients.
- Willingness to participate in credit committees and provide feedback on presented credits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitorear diariamente los indicadores y metas asignadas correspondientes del Crédito Individual, así como implementar acciones necesarias para el logro de los objetivos del negocio.Asegurar que los créditos cumplan con las políticas de riesgo crediticio para su desembolso.
- Estar al tanto de las actualizaciones y cambios de las políticas del Crédito Individual
- Involucrarse en los procesos de reclutamiento, inducción y reforzamiento de la capacitación de los colaboradores a su cargo.
- Generar las rutas y estrategias de cambaceo y apertura de nichos de mercados de Microempresarios con necesidad de Crédito Individual
- Asegurar el cumplimiento y correcta aplicación de las políticas, procesos y protocolos de VFM de los colaboradores a su cargo
- Realizar reportes mensuales de cierre de cartera
- Desarrollar/crear un buen equipo de trabajo, propocionando guía, dirección y motivación
- Dar seguimiento a la gestión de cobranza de sus colaboradores con el cliente moroso.
- Supervisar la correcta Integración de los expediente generados por los colaboradores a su cargo.
- Participar en los comités de crédito y realizar las observaciones pertinentes de los créditos presentados
- Compromiso con la Misión, Visión y Valores Organizacionales.
