Job Description

Background:

The Violence Prevention and Response Unit within the IRC is holding their team retreat in Tbilisi, Georgia from June 5 – 8. The goal of the retreat is to connect as a team for the first time in over 5 years in person! There will be 75 participants, most of whom speak English but about 10 that require French translation services. We are looking for French – English interpretation at our retreat.

Deliverables:

· 2 French Interpreters for a 4-day retreat in Tbilisi to provide simultaneous interpretation between English and French and vice versa.

· Provide headsets for at least 75 people and interpretation equipment to provide interpretation in two rooms.

· Provide technician on site to operate and troubleshoot the interpretation equipment.
