El libro infantil ha sido elaborado con las aportaciones de los niños refugiados y migrantes que llegan a Ecuador. El libro se entregará a niñas y niños de entre 8 y 17 años que lleguen a Ecuador desde Venezuela o Colombia. El libro proporcionará información amigable para ayudar al niño o adolescente a adaptarse al contexto local y aprender sobre su nuevo país de acogida y el contexto. El libro es de tamaño A5.

The children´s book has been developed with input from refugee and migrant children arriving in Ecuador. The book will be given to girls and boys aged 8-17, arriving in Ecuador from Venezuela or Colombia. The book will provide child-friendly information to help the child or teenager to adapt to the local context and learn about their new host country and context. Book is A5 size.

ACNUR Ecuador está en búsqueda de un Voluntario(a) en Línea para realizar la Ilustración digital y maquetación de un libro infantil. El libro tiene 24 páginas y el texto en español ya está desarrollado. El equipo de ACNUR Ecuador proporcionará los recursos gráficos como logotipos, imágenes vectoriales, tipografía y un esquema del folleto a ser diagramado. Sin embargo, en caso de requerirse se solicitará que realice alguna imagen vectorial.

UNHCR Ecuador is looking for an Online Volunteer for the digital illustration and layout of a children's book. Book is 24 pages and the text in Spanish is already developed. The UNHCR Ecuador team will provide graphic resources such as logos, vector images, typography and a layout of the booklet to be designed. However, if required, a vector image will be requested.

Es preferible tener experiencia con Adobe Illustrator, es deseable que con Indesign o un software similar. El Voluntario de las Naciones Unidas debe tener licencia para el software y el equipo informático pertinente. Es deseable que tenga experiencia en publicaciones o material impreso orientado a los niños. Por favor, esté preparado para mostrar una muestra de su trabajo cuando presente su solicitud. Debe tener conocimientos de inglés o español.

Experience with Adobe Illustrator preferable, Indesign desirable or similar software. UNVolunteer should have license for software and relevant computer equipment. Experience in child-oriented publications or print material desirable. Please be prepared to show a sample of your work when applying. Must have working knowledge of either English or Spanish.
