Support the implementation of HR strategies and policies effectively.

You have:

Experience in human resource management with focus on staff planning; performance management, contract administration, benefits-entitlements administration, recruitment and staff learning and development.
Good knowledge and expertise in HR administration, processes and policies.
Ability to handle confidential information; maintain discretion.
Ability to anticipate HR requirements in terms of staffing levels and staff development.
Work experience with an international multicultural organization.
Experience in handling web-based management system and ERP human resources system is an advantage.
Flexibility and ability to work in harsh and potentially hazardous conditions.
Ability to communicate clearly and convincingly, both orally and in writing.
