The position:

The role of the Staff Care Coordinator is to provide clinical support to NRC staff, to support NRC Human Resources and Health, Safety and Security units in implementing its Staff Care obligations, and to provide trainings, awareness sessions and related staff care needs for staff to improve their capacity to recognize and manage work related stress.
