- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

WorldFish would like to hire an intern who will support the Learning and & Engagement Manager in the creation and promotion of digital content, as well as the coordination of training and employee engagement activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of corporate training and development and employee engagement.
The successful candidate will:
- Assist in designing and developing promotional materials for learning and employee engagement programs, including flyers, posters, newsletters, and social media graphics.
- Create engaging multimedia content (videos, infographics, presentations) to support learning initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of learning and employee engagement events, workshops, webinars, and other learning activities.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, equipment setup, and participant communication.
- Help manage the Learning and Engagement team’s communication calendar to ensure timely promotion of events and programs.
- Work closely with the Learning & Engagement Manager and team members to ensure smooth execution of training and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
This opportunity will be suitable for you if you have the below skills and qualifications:
- The candidate either will have obtained or currently be working towards obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Familiarity with video editing software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Location and Duration
Successful intern will be based at WorldFish Headquarters, in Penang, Malaysia. The successful candidate should be available to commence the internship as soon as possible for a duration of 06 months. This position is open only to national applicants only. Interviews are expected to be held in December 2024 and only shortlisted candidates will be notified and expected to attend the interview.
