You have:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration Management, Office Administration, Social Sciences.

- Experience using automated systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.

About the Job
This role has a base focus and ensures compliance with DRC procedures and guidelines at base level. The role contributes to the development of field operations area strategies, which are translated into action plans and day-today tasks. The HR & Admin Assistant will undertake Human Resources and Administration functions. The position will be based in Abyei Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Review monthly national staff payroll and benefits (NSIF, medical, etc.) and share adjustments with HR Office in Juba on time.
- Coordinate recruitment processes in Abyei, including oversight of national staff recruitment.
- Manage staff leave and performance management processes in Dynamics and support full migration to the system.
- Support probation reviews, contract completion, and annual performance appraisals in Dynamics.
- Maintain HR trackers (API, NSIF, casual staff lists, etc.) and submit monthly updates to Juba.
- Ensure proper HR filing systems and provide induction/orientation to new staff.
- Ensure job descriptions are updated and signed.
- Manage recruitment and administration of casual/daily workers, including attendance tracking, timesheets, and payments.
- Coordinate accommodation bookings, visitor support, meeting arrangements, flight bookings, and staff ID issuance/renewals.
- Ensure office systems, supplies, and utilities are functional and well maintained.
- Promote safeguarding, including PSEA awareness and reporting mechanisms.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with an NGO.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration
Management, Office Administration, Social Sciences (with relevant HR/Admin experience) or any relevant field
- Knowledge of HR procedures and administrative processes.
- Experience using automated systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong computer skills and ability to manage workload under pressure.
