Le NRC travaille actuellement au Burkina Faso dans le cadre d'un seul programme pays, avec du personnel dédié à l'aide aux personnes touchées par les conflits. Les interventions humanitaires du NRC sont basées sur son expertise en matière de programmation dans les compétences de base que sont la protection, les abris, l'éducation, l'eau, l'assainissement et l'hygiène, les moyens de subsistance et la sécurité alimentaire, ainsi que l'information, le conseil et l'assistance juridique (ICLA) aux personnes déplacées vulnérables qui ont été forcées de fuir ainsi que dans les communautés d'accueil. Tous les employés du NRC sont censés travailler conformément aux valeurs fondamentales de l'organisation : dévouement, innovation, inclusion et responsabilité. Ces attitudes et convictions doivent guider nos actions et nos relations. Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de ses activités, le NRC recrute un(e) Team Leader pour l'area Grand Nord. Le poste est basé à Dori.
