Overview
Assist with partnership and marketing for community development
You have:
- Good knowledge of JavaScript development and NodeJS frameworks as well as HTML5 & CSS3.
- WordPress Administration and Optimization (Tuning).
- Highly experienced with creating WordPress landing pages using Gutenberg Editor (WordPress Block Editor) as well as Elementor.
- Knowledge of WordPress plugin development with PHP and/or MySQL is a plus.

PHAAE have been involved in various community development projects in Nigeria and in that matter, it wanted to gain world recognition by attracting more volunteers to join through the UNV portal and participate meaningfully to develop Nigeria which is listed as one of the third world countries in the world. The contribution and improvement of PHAAE website will serve as a tool to promote PHAAEs aim and objective and also the website can be used as a marketing tool for the range of sustainable and community-based projects PHAAE is currently implementing, which all contribute to the SDGs. With better website improvement and visualization, PHAAE will be able to share our work and innovations more effectively in Nigeria and beyond.
For online volunteers, this task is a chance to use and grow their skills to support the community development in Nigeria remotely. They will help offer administrative support to the PHAAE team to make a difference and learn about the real-world . The online volunteers will be issued a certificate after the completion of the task.
PHAAE is looking for three online volunteers to assist in partnership and collaboration to market its activities, the online volunteers will serves as a partners to help our volunteers in Nigeria and Africa at large to harness developmental programmes of PHAAE and gain NGO experience through the website.
The task simple involves creating an atmosphere for partnerships, engagement in collaboration and designing a marketing platform respectively by the ideal volunteers in collaboration with the Nigerian team. The volunteers will benefit from the reference from PHAAE and the certificate of appreciation from UNV.
The online volunteers will not contact any third party on our behalf.
Based on the task assigned, candidates should ideally have the following skills: a) Good knowledge of JavaScript development and NodeJS frameworks as well as HTML5 & CSS3. b) WordPress Administration and Optimization (Tuning) c) Highly experienced with creating WordPress landing pages using Gutenberg Editor (WordPress Block Editor) as well as Elementor d) Knowledge of WordPress plugin development with PHP and/or MySQL is a plus
