Overview

The creative thinking developed by the Online Volunteer will serve as important assets in amplifying the PHAAE's outreach efforts, particularly through presentations and social media campaigns, to raise awareness on it's activities.

We are looking for Online Volunteers who will support our organization with developing written content for PHAAE and her partner organization, CornieHealth. The volunteers will help create content that will be sent to graphic designers, develop a content calendar, and generate strategic and relevant messages tailored to organizational needs, scheduled events, and thematic priorities for easy navigation and planning.

The Online Volunteers must be conversant with WhatsApp, as it will be the primary channel for close and continuous communication with the designated supervisor.

Taskload and Expected Deliverables Each Online Volunteer will be responsible for producing 3–6 pieces of content per week (approximately 16–24 pieces per month), with a total expected output of 60–80 pieces of content over the full duration of the assignment.

Topics for the Content The content will cover key thematic areas that reflect PHAAE’s and CornieHealth’s current priorities, including:

Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)

Menstrual Hygiene Management

Handwashing and hygiene promotion

WASH Debate 2026/ 10-in-10 Projects

Public health education and disease prevention

Community empowerment and social development

Nutrition, maternal and child health, Health Insurance for marginalized (CornieHealth’s focus areas)

Advocacy messages for commemorative health days and global observances

Organizational updates, program announcements, and impact storytelling

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with emphasis on partnerships

This volunteer task strengthens SDG 17 by enhancing collaboration between PHAAE, CornieHealth, and global volunteers who bring diverse skills and perspectives. By producing high-quality, aligned content, Online Volunteers help amplify joint initiatives, improve visibility across digital platforms, and support unified messaging that promotes shared objectives. The coordinated content also facilitates better communication with stakeholders, increases outreach to underserved communities, and strengthens resource-sharing and collective action across both organizations.

CornieHealth will directly benefit from co-developed content that highlights its health education initiatives, nutrition programs, maternal health work, and community outreach. Volunteers will help communicate both organizations’ aligned mission, ensuring that CornieHealth’s programs receive the visibility needed to attract partners, build credibility, and drive social impact.

PHAAE and CornieHealth have established a collaborative relationship centered on advancing public health, WASH interventions, and social development initiatives in underserved communities. Through this partnership, resources, expertise, and communication strategies are shared to increase program effectiveness. The joint content developed through this volunteer assignment will reflect and strengthen this collaboration by promoting shared campaigns, aligned health messages, and joint advocacy efforts.
