Under guidance and supervision of the Knowledge Management and Communication Analyst, and working closely with the Partnerships and Communications Specialist, the incumbent will be supporting the implementation of the KM and communications work plan for 2022, including various related tasks to CRM, digital and online communications, branding, and knowledge management.

The task at hand is to deliver support to ensure high-quality data in our business systems and develop processes necessary to deliver clean data to UNCDF teams. In particular, the candidate will be required to compile, clean, and audit data from internal and external sources.

We are looking for two experienced Salesforce data experts to support the data management & duplicate cleanup in Salesforce and across systems of CRM System Salesforce company-wide for UNCDF. The candidates will assist directly with the cleanup of Salesforce records to maximize efficiency. The selected volunteers will receive the support of the KM and Communications Analyst and the Communications Specialist.

Candidates should have experience in CRM systems (Salesforce), data management, excellent communication and strong copywriting skills, strong organizational and planning skills. A degree in communications or a related field is considered an asset.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Should be a self-starter who is curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative Experience in the Salesforce.com platform as admin or power user. Back-end Salesforce development experience (e.g. Apex coding and admin experience) as well as familiarity with the NonProfit Success Pack (NPSP) highly preferred. Experience in manipulating large data sets for analysis and interpretation.
