The primary objective of this task is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of UNCDF's project management by utilizing the Salesforce results framework tool. By setting up log frameworks for all projects, UNCDF aims to improve the tracking of project progress, manage resources more effectively, and achieve project goals. This initiative is part of UNCDF's broader efforts to leverage technology for better project management and outcomes.
UNCDF is looking for 2 volunteers to assist with this assignment. The collaboration between the volunteers and the UNCDF team will be essential in achieving the desired outcomes and ensuring the success of the project. Under the guidance of the RBM Specialist they will support her work.
UNCDF is seeking dedicated and experienced online volunteers to assist in uploading and creating log frameworks for all UNCDF projects in the Salesforce results framework tool. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of UNCDF's project management processes, ensuring that all projects are accurately tracked and managed.
Volunteers will be responsible for setting up the log frameworks for 70 projects within the Salesforce results framework tool. This involves ensuring data accuracy, collaborating with the UNCDF team to optimize the use of the Salesforce tool, and providing support in the development and management of the log frameworks. Volunteers will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall project management capabilities of UNCDF.
Candidates should have experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools, be proficient in data management and development, and have excellent communication skills. Familiarity with log frameworks and project management is considered an asset. Volunteers should be detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and able to collaborate effectively with the UNCDF team.
