Overview
Coordinate psychosocial support services for youth and families.
You have:
- Fluency in Spanish required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in social work, medical training, child development, education, psychology, sociology or other relevant field
- Relevant professional experience in human services including provision of direct services to underserved communities; minimum 1-2 years of experience working with children, families, and/or child welfare
- Previous experience working in multi-cultural settings and demonstrated ability to communicate well with people of varied backgrounds strongly preferred
- Comfortability collaborating with governmental agencies, educational system and community providers
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to plan and coordinate events and workshops individually and within a team
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills combined with the proven ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively
- Strong digital literacy including deep familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong keyboard
- Prior experience using web-based CRM and case management systems strongly preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to organize and track large amounts of information efficiently and accurately
- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration across all of IRC’s programs
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle with up-to-date insurance, and the ability to travel regularly throughout the service delivery area
