You have:

• Professional experience in graphic design.
• In-depth knowledge of graphic design applications.
• Experience in designing images and icons.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• A degree in graphic design or related field is considered an asset.

After a team effort, some behaviours were identified as the most relevant to each and every one of our core values. To effectively promote living these behaviours in our daily interactions, we consider having specific images for each value and behaviours, either with associated images or text or a combination of text and images will allow us to be more effective in reinforcing and engaging staff to live our organizational values. The Volunteer is expected to create the images for each value in which the associated behaviours are represented so staff has an easy reference what it is expected from them in this regard.

We are looking for ONE Online Volunteer who under the guidance of the Human Resources Officer support us by producing a minimum of 6 graphic designs for internal communication materials/flyers. In particular, the Online Volunteer is asked to: - Collect information on material background such as target audience, design style, branding guidelines etc.; - Create draft design based on requirements and discuss with focal point - Develop the design according to agreed requirements. The design/layout should follow our corporate design guidelines which will be shared with the Online Volunteers in advance. The Online Volunteer/s will have the opportunity to build connections with the Human Resources Section at UNICEF Romania and learn about the ways in which graphic design can support our Organizational Culture.

Candidates should have professional experience in graphic design with previous experience in designing images and icons, and must have in-depth knowledge of graphic design applications, as well as good verbal and written communication skills. A degree in graphic design or related field is considered an asset.
