You have:

A degree in Business, Economics, Development Studies, Program Management, or related fields.
At least 4–6 years of work experience in program management and coordination, preferably related to financial inclusion and digital financial services.
Strong experience in VSLA operation and management, particularly in Oromia region including East and West Hararghe.
Knowledge of consumer protection frameworks in digital financial services is desirable.
Fluency in English & Amharic is required; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Ability to travel frequently to project sites, including insecure environments, with a travel requirement of 40%-60%.
