You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum of (2) years of technical financial management experience.
- Solid analytical capabilities and excellent data presentation skills and strong writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare JVs for new project budgets for uploading to the BVA system. - Assign of coding’s to new budgets based on IRC coding structure. - Share on weekly basis BVAs of projects with program. Monitoring program performance and spending patterns. - Assist in coordination and ensure implementation of finance action points from the BVA meetings. - Co-ordinates with other finance and budget staff on related issues during preparation of budget reports. - Collect and enter data from various financial spreadsheets for project projection. - Work and assist finance manager on budget realignments. - T2, T3 checking of Spreadsheets and payroll. - Performs related work as required.
