Overview
Support the development and execution of the EmpowerU Incubation program online.
You have:
- Graduated from or enrolled in the senior year of an undergraduate degree program in social, political, education, or development-related disciplines.
- Proven experience in planning, organizing, and executing online events of various scales and types, preferably student online trainings and/or incubation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in mapping potential beneficiaries and developing networks.
- Experience in coordinating stakeholders and tracking their participation.
- Experience in developing promotional materials, including but not limited to social media campaigns, posters, and email marketing.

For the EmpowerU Incubation initiative, we seek support from 10 Online Volunteers, who under the guidance of the Youth Empowerment team will: - Support to set up a process for reviewing applications and selecting candidates - Support outline of content capturing information to be taught/trained and content to be developed as required to convey the incubation information - Support the development of the online incubation program including the schedule of sessions, exercises, and timelines - Develop an evaluation plan and tools for the online incubation program to measure its effectiveness
Have graduated from or enrolled in the senior year of an undergraduate degree program in social, political, education, or development-related disciplines.
Candidates should have: 1. Event Management: o Proven experience in planning, organizing, and executing online events of various scales and types, preferably student online trainings and/or incubation. o Strong written and verbal communication skills o Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Community Engagement and Development Skills o Experience in mapping potential beneficiaries and developing networks o Experience in coordinating stakeholders and tracking their participation o Experience in developing promotional materials, including but not limited to social media campaigns, posters, and email marketing.
