Overview
Conduct assessments and coach clients for employment services.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field of study preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant professional experience in workforce development field strongly preferred.
- Experience working with refugee and/or immigrant populations strongly preferred.
- Strong relationship building, diplomacy, and networking skills required.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills required.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal, insured vehicle required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications required.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English required; proficiency in a language spoken by client populations a plus.
