Overview
Conduct assessments and support refugees in job placement and readiness.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field of study preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in workforce development field is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with refugee and/or immigrant populations strongly preferred.
- Experience with job placement and job readiness training a plus.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Fluency in Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Dari, Pashto, Ukrainian, Arabic, Spanish, or other languages spoken by client groups in Boise is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal, insured vehicle.
- Strong relationship building, diplomacy, and networking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
